10. GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE
    These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict‑of‑laws principles. Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

11. CHANGES TO THE TERMS
    We may modify these Terms at any time. We will post the modified Terms with an updated “Effective Date.” Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. TERMINATION
    We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time for any reason without notice.
